Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Vorix7 platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service description

Vorix7 offers an operational intelligence platform consisting of: (a) Video Analytics — a physical audience analysis system using cameras, with artificial intelligence processing performed on the device installed on site; and (b) DataSign — a SaaS Business Intelligence platform that brings together data from multiple sources (Video Analytics, digital signage CMS, and the customer's management systems) into dashboards and reports, with panels customized to each customer's operation.

3. Registration and account

To use the platform, you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans and payments

Datasign is offered as a SaaS subscription with recurring billing as per the contracted plan. Pricing, billing frequency, and adjustment conditions are defined in the service agreement between the parties. Late payments may result in platform suspension after 5 business days' prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law. Prohibited activities include: accessing third-party data without authorization, reverse engineering the platform, using the system for non-consensual surveillance, sharing access credentials, and any use that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Video Analytics installation

Camera installation for Video Analytics use is the customer's responsibility. The customer must: obtain all legally required authorizations for camera installation and operation, inform and obtain consent from individuals in the monitored environment as required by law, ensure system use complies with LGPD and other applicable regulations, and provide adequate network infrastructure for edge device operation.

7. Data and confidentiality

Each customer has exclusive access to their own data. Vorix7 does not access customer data except when necessary for authorized technical support. Each customer's data is logically segregated by organization, with access controls enforced at the database level (multi-tenant architecture). Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding commercial information exchanged during the contractual relationship.

8. Availability and SLA

We commit to maintaining a minimum monthly availability of 99% for the Datasign platform, excluding scheduled maintenance communicated with at least 48 hours' notice. Video Analytics depends on the customer's local infrastructure, and its availability may vary due to external factors.

9. Intellectual property

The Vorix7 platform, including software, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation, is the exclusive property of GM7 Trade & Marketing Ltda. Contracting our services does not imply any transfer of intellectual property. Data generated through platform use belongs to the customer.

10. Limitation of liability

Vorix7 is not liable for: business decisions made based on platform data, interruptions caused by customer or third-party infrastructure failures, improper use of the system by the customer, or indirect damages and lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

The customer may terminate the contract with 30 days' prior notice. Vorix7 may terminate immediately in case of breach of these terms. After termination, the customer has 30 days to export their data from the platform. Once that period ends, operational data is deleted according to the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. Contractual and tax documents are retained for the period required by Brazilian law, even after the contract has ended.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Campinas, SP, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
